The fee structure has changed for this year. Food
vendors selling one (1) item will be required
to pay a deposit of $200.00 against 10% of gross. Those selling two (2) through
six (6) items
will be required to pay a deposit of $400.00 against 10% of gross. Any vendor
selling over six
(6) items will be required to pay a flat $50.00 per item.
